Dear All,
I am now nearly 4 months out opf bypass and losing weight very well and all seems to be fine. Apart from thje fact that i am now less toplerant and slightly short tempered. Has anyone else experienced this?.
I kind of get angry especially when things are obvious to me but the other person seems top be missing the point. The situaion of not oput of hand because i reliase what i am going through is not right and try and watch this very carefully. Dont know if the whole body is readjustting as i have now lost nearly 40kg in four months

I find that I am no longer willing to tolerate crazy-makers, liars, etc. in my life. I'm no longer willing to work full-time at a job that is no longer fulfilling. I want authenticity and quality in all aspects of my life, and I won't accept less. Because of that, my life is really transforming.
Being willing to recognize and accept my emotions has been one of the hardest things for me! I denied my feelings for so long that I no longer recognized most of them! So I find that I have to re-acquaint myself with them. Often I don't really understand their source until I've been dealing with them for a couple of days, have a few dreams about them .....Then I'll get a sudden insight or "aha" moment and realize what it's all about.
I had a very emotional day and over-reacted to something. This evening I had to apologize to some folks. Then I logged on here and found this thread. Thank God for all of you! I'm not nuts. And I'm not in this alone!
