Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
If you already track, what are you eating?
How many calories?
How many grams of protein?
How many grams of carbs?
I would say that at seven months you should be eating 1000 calories, 100 grams of protein, and under 50 grams of carbs per day.
Also, make sure you are drinking lots of water, exercising, not eating too many carbs, and not a ton of artificial sweeteners.
