I eat plenty of protein, but I also like convenience of bars and shakes, especially for breakfast.

My surgeon tells me I am NEVER to eat protein bars.......and she wants me to eat at least 3 protein shakes per day and at the very most have 1 meal per day and it should only be a couple bites.........I am almost 4 months out of surgery.
