Vynca comes from the botanical name for periwinkles .. vinca minor. I love the little purple five petaled flowers and have them growing all over the front of my house. They are also evergreen so even in the winter you can still see a hint of green. The periwinkle is also my makers mark.

Redlhead - this came about when I was at my Aunts house and my dad, cousin and myself were helping her clean her yard in Massachusetts. When my dad turned over a peice of a log there was a peice of rope under it. My cousin yelled out RADLHEAD and my dad a retired USMC colonel of 31 years ran like a little school girl. As most people up in Massachusetts know there are no rattlesnakes up here never the less radlheads!

I was in the Air Force and retired 4 years ago. The job I had was in POL (petroleum, oil, and lubricants) basically I pumped gas to the airplanes. When I got to S. Korea I had to have a call sign (nickname) and that was the easiest one. I was the oldest female and I have no problem being the "motherly" one. POLmomma.
