I just wanted to say hello and reintroduce myself. I'm 5 years out from my RNY and have been with the site for the last 3+ years. I actually had to set up a new account with the site because I had lost my password and had closed the email account associated with my sign on; so this account has only been active a few months, but I've been here for quite a while.
I've lost 110 lbs with my RNY but unfortunately have "found" 40 of them back and are now in the process of getting rid of them for good.
I really enjoy reading the posts from all, especially the "newbies". Love the energy and positive vibes from these posts.
I'd be happy to answer any questions (from my point of view/experience).
One thing I can say is that my RNY was so worth it, even with gaining some of the weight back (temporarily!!) and I would do it again it a heartbeat.
Feels good to not be a "stalker" anymore on the site :)
