I look at 2012 and think about the year left behind. I spent so many years making resolutions to lose weight, be healthy, etc, etc, etc. Each year those resolutions would fade and lose strength. In 2012 I made the same resolution as many times before this time I chose to take the steps needed to have surgery as nothing in the past had worked for me before. In 2012 I lost a total of 80 pounds from where I started the year. All because I finally got the strength to take the steps for the surgery and I am finding the strength each day since the surgery to regain strength and relearn my body. In 2013 I have decided that the only resolution I am making is to live as happy and healthy as I can. To listen to my body first and foremost.
