Well needless to say I would walk for excercise well today I told myself I was going to run it at a ready pace of course lol 13.88 min I was happy! Far cry from the 2 mile I used to run in high school at 14-15 min lol I'm determined to get there again. I actually enjoyed it usually I despise it! I see good things coming from it. Oh and I wore some work out pants to the gym that are spandex and let me tell you when you feel your ass jiggling its motivation to keep running lmao have a wonderful day everyone! :)

It is awesome that you are so excited you keep that going!!! Just a note I have 5 friends who did this surgery (all after me of course) we all started at different sizes so we have been passing cloths back and forth like a swap shop. Maybe if you have some friends who are weeding out it helps on the cloths allowance. occasionally thrift stores has something decent ours suck though. For work or dressy stuff I find Kmart is fairly cheep here 6 bucks for capris on sale cant even get them for that at the salvation army in decent condition for that price. Oh I get men's tee shirts at walmart lots of time they are 4.00 and good enough with jeans or sweats. you probably know all this stuff but just throwing it out there incase.
Keep it up.. You will get to your goal.. I have faith.... And good for you on the spandex... You should be comfy when working out....
