It reminds me of Biggest Looser.
A&E getting on the bandwagon for tv viewers.
I think it's great. It's so motivating and shows people it can be done.

Don't forget, after our surgeries we will have smaller stomachs, which gives us an edge - That's amazing!

BUT if in the long run if WE start eating too much and not excecising, we will just as easily get back to being obese again.

It really needs to be a life change for all of us!! Yes, for me too!!

I have been reading the book written by the dr who is the surgeon in Big Medicine. Very honest and provides a wealth of information.
