I still drink my protein shake first thing every morning. The only other things I drink are water and an occasional glass of red wine (I don't drink artificially sweetened stuff). I still don't drink when I eat. I usually eat the same things every day. I am religious about my vitamins.
For a couple years, I exercised an hour or more 5+ days a week but I haven't for the past year (I had to drop some of the extras I'd allowed into my diet when I stopped exercising as much).
I am probably considered an extremest by most people...I don't eat "all things in moderation." There are some foods I simply don't "do" any more (sugar, flour, rice, pasta). However, I do eat some non-essential foods - popcorn (home-made, almost every day), Cheetos (a couple times a week), potato chips (a couple times a month), mashed potatoes (about once a month).
I still weigh myself every day and track my weight. I keep my weight within a 5 lb range.
Anything you want to know specifically?

It can be tough. It is alot tougher than the loosing part that is for sure. I still track all my food, water, vitamins and exercise on myfitnesspal.com
I try to get 80 grams of protein in a day, 80 or more oz of water a day and I also still drink a protein shake for my breakfast.
I can eat about any foods now. Be careful with grazing.
I eat three meals a day and 2-3 snacks a day. I still follow the no liquids 15 min before eating and 30 min after eating also.
Good luck!
My exercise routine is walking as much as I can. At work I only use the stairs. I was running, but have a foot injury that is preventing me from doing that. I did Zumba up until a few weeks ago, Living in New York, I'd rather spend my evenings outside working in my yard during this beautiful weather.
It is harder to maintain. I found old habits trying to come back and I've had to nip them in the bud quickly before they got out of control.
