she has had the surgery as we did, good service and I liked supporting a fellow GB journey as opposed to just another healthfood chain or store.
Vitalady is my favorite site tho!

It does not have to be blended, but can just be easily shaken. We tried the unflavored with orange juice, it was good. They also have a chicken soup flavor. We sampled chocolate also, it was heavenly. Did not have the usual "smell" of protein powder to me. They sell samples also.
