I HAVE BEEN USING THE cHAMPIONS WHEY IN ALL FLAVORS. Some I mix with Soy Milk and low fat sour cream, some with crystal lite, some with sugar free, caffeine sodas which I let go flat first. I am still experimenting but most packets have between 39 and 58 mg of protein. The nutritionist told me the body can only handle 30 mg at a time so I break my protein up into three or four times a day. Hope this helps

I use the same protein drink as Amelia EAS Advant Edge which has 17 gr of Protein in each 11 oz carton, I like the chocolate best but plan to try the french vanilla with the hazelnut coffe like Amelia. Walmarts has it in the grosery section where they have all the breakfast and protein bars.

good luck on finding one, I had the same problem, I just didnt like very many of the shakes. and the ones with high protein were terrible!! I drank the carnation breakfast drinks, but they arent really the best as far as high in protein.Amelia79 has a good idea, I think I will try! sherry

i hate milk based protein supplements. most of the ones they sell at walmart or target, in fact, any of them i tried, were too thick for my liking. i went to nectar protein supplements. they cost more, but when mixed, they're just the consistency of juice, and i like the flavor better and don't need to mix them into anything to like them more. they taste pretty good alone as is. i'm thinking about turning the one into a smoothie sorta with just ice, water and the powder just for a change in texture. but otherwise, that's what i prefer. i order them online, and like i said, they cost more, but for me, they are my life saver cuz i can't stand the texture of any other ones. mine have 23 grams of protein for a serving, the other one i just got, isopure, is higher because it's a larger serving size, though i will probably break each bottle into two days. still enough protein per serving tho. i was told 20 or more per serving of grams of protein. hope that helps!

I drank Syntrax Nectar. It was the best I found and I tried a lot of different ones. It does not have the highest amount of protein, about 23 grams per serving, but I found the taste to be far superior to any other I have tried. I drank the Twisted Cherry which I found to be the best of the bunch.
