Just bought Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein from Walmart...26g of protein @ 140 Cal. per scoop....anyone try it? is that good? I have no idea....lol

I just bought the same stuff yesterday!! I tried it with skim milk.. its a okay.. I'm going to try it with some ice tomorrow, since tomorrow is the starting day for my liquid diet.

Are you pre or post op? I tried it preop and loved it. I am now post op and I can not tolerate it. I get sick every time I try it. I am sad because it tasted good to me before the surgery.

My suggestion delaney is not to buy too much before surgery because after your taste WILL change also your ability to tolerate milk and protein shakes mayl change also. Just buy some samples and then wait until after you have surgery to buy larger quanities. I have a bunch of protein mixes I cannot tolerate after surgery.

that was my only big purchase.. I did buy a bunch of packets off unjury to try those..I'm going to try and power through it as much as i can until my surgery date, which is next week. I bought some atkins shakes too.. haven't tried them yet...
