I've been able to just get the Vanilla flavor and use sugar free jello pudding to mix in for flavoring. It has changed my prospective on the shakes thats for sure! Just a lil goes a long way and no need to buy alot of diff flavor proteins.... hope this helps. Good luck, Deb

I use the Body Fortress brand and usually buy vanilla but have bought the chocolate one as well. I don't really care for chocolate but it is less chalky and tastes better than most of the other protein shakes I have tried. This one also doesn't leave an after taste or a bad smell in your mouth after drinking like I have had with other brands. You can get it at Wal-Mart for right around $15 for a big tub of it that lasts about two weeks or more.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
