I was saying to him, but what if I buy that big container and then don't like it... And that's what he told me!
it works great for getting my minimum 60 gm protein per day and is a great recovery shake for working out.
it's real smooth when shaken the chocolate is great!
A key to tolerating any of the shakes powdered or pre mixed (at least for me) was to make sure they are as cold as possible.
Met RX Protein Plus 51 grams of protein, in a 16 oz can, under 300 cals and full of vitamins.
I also buy the protein pudding 30 grams in chocolate and vanilla
Isopure, liquid whey protein 40 grams, grape Ice, orange, and fruit punch, its like a snapple, I have it over crushed ice,. It lost 100 lbs in 6 months using this and Met rx protein plus. the ready to drink convenience helped me to never go a day without 60 grams of protein.
I also eat pintos and cheese from taco bell for a treat. full of fiber, protein and tastes great.
