Good heavens. I got a letter from my bariatric surgeon's office and it is a list of dates and things to be done before my surgery on October 16th. It is a list of seven dates/requirements long. I thought I had done all the running around I needed to do getting approval for the surgery. So, Wow, was I surprised! And so it begins...

how exciting for you that is is so close now. tackle one item on the list at a time to stay focused.

your going to do great just try to do as much relaxation as you can. you don't want grey hair going in now .......j/k lol

Dont' let it overwhelm you.. It will be so worth it in the long run.. I know it can get exhausting, but what the insurance requires...

Not much longer now... It will be here before you know it...
