Pre-op Appointment Jitters

Hi,
My surgery is Nov 19th and my pre-op appointment is Monday. I'm feeling really nervous. Anything I should remember to ask?

I remember those jitters well!! As for questions, as long as your program has laid out your post op meal plan, vitamin regimen and all of that... I can't think of anything!

Even though I went to my nut for 6 months, I still asked my doc to explain the differences between the proteins and protein powders, because they are such an important part of your life. Things like pork vs chicken vs beef, etc, and whey protein isolates vs whey proteins vs collagen proteins, etc. How they are digested and how they are absorbed...

I also agree with Becca, pre op meal plans and post op meal plans ...

I have a question.. I am going to my first info session this Wednesday. I wondered how long after that can you schedule your surgery. I've read that there are some evals and meetings to attend. I guess I'm worried that I won't be at my current job long enough to use the medical coverage. Can anyone give me an idea on a timeline from start to surgery?
