Does it need to be made a special way?
I eat scrambled eggs with a little cheese melted in them. Tonight I went out for dinner for the first time and ordered cajun haddock, which flaked apart (about 2 oz) and a baked potato which I took a little of and mashed with a fork. Just chew reallllly well.
No fruits - except sugar free apple sauce - the rest have too much sugar.
I also have to do two protien shakes a day - I could not get my protein in without them, but instead of milk sometimes I add a crystal light packet to make a frutiy one, or I use vanilla protien and add a little granulated decaf coffee and torani caramel syrup to make a yummy latte.
Hope this helps!
