Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. I've repeatedly heard that changing something up, (get in a few more calories, changing the times of day you exercise to two 15 minutes sessions instead of one 30 minute session) can help get you out of a plateau.
Sounds like you are doing great!!
His advice worked! A week later I got on the scale and dropped 5.1 lbs! And like I said, I'm Pre-op! A 5 lb weight loss in one week is GREAT! Your body may have gotten used to the same old, same old so maybe if you mix it up a little bit, you'll break out of that plateau and start losing again!
Good luck!!
