I finally gave up on trying to sleep! And I decided Oscar sums up my feelings very well this AM...

I am good.... Ready to go. Excited AND scared over learning a new normal... but oh so ready :)

My prayers have already gone up for you this morning. If anyone is prepared for this you are. You have thoroughly reasearched and prepared for months. You've sat on the sidelines and cheered so many of us on as we headed in and came out of surgery, dealt with the changes and celebrated our victories. It is your turn to shine now. I am heading out the door singing OH HAPPY DAY in honor of you, love you my friend and I await the good news of your successful surgery.
