Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

N. O. R. M. A. L. It will come with time. Promise. Just focus on resting. Sip when you can. I'm 13 weeks out and still some days I'm between 30-50 ounces of fluids Try not to worry. Easier said than done. Keep your chin up. Time will help!
PS: Try prostasis protien drinks if you don't like the ISOPURE of Milk shakes. I used it after surgery and it was a god send. Hang in there.
Drink more then the 45 of course but on tough days well...they will be there. and our body does have a reserve of protien but it deplets and we must fill it up.
Yummy protein shakes/smoothies.
