Just finished my 30+ minute workout on the treadmill and during my first 20 minute mile, even jogged a couple of times for a few minutes. I have on a t-shirt AND a sweatshirt and sweatpants - and did not break a sweat!! Just a few months ago, if I walked at even a slow pace for more than ten minutes, I would have completely soaked a t-shirt! This is one of the most pleasurable things I have experienced so far in my journey! I also actually cover up at night with a blanket instead of just a sheet! Ahhhhhhhhh!

Just wait... The more you melt the cooler you'll stay. I can't go anywhere without carrying extra layers.

And good job on the jogging! I love running and 1 short year ago, I didn't even like walking!

I KNOW! Congrats on it ! I do my cardio for an hour a day, I may sweat ,but I realized today that I wasn't counting every second to leave me behind. That I actually was talking to others as I did it, and it didn't bother me!

Ha ha ha!! LOVE IT!! I was at a Halloween dance the other week with a dance floor on tons of people. I was dancing away and realized that even with a wig on and warm clothing I wasnt sweating at all! Isnt it awesome!!!!

That's incredible isn't it?

I've never slept w;/more than a sheet and one comforter (legs and arms out in fresh air, just covering my middle)

now I cocoon myself under 3 comforters!!!
