Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
My old Doc used to say early to bed and early to rise. I suffer from depression and insomnia so I try to go to bed as early as I can.....
...but hey its Friday! The scale will move again as long as you follow your diet, and exercise plans...don't lose hope...Best Wishes
Maybe you should talk with your nut... This seems to really be depressing you... Maybe she will have some ideas of what you can do...
I know one thing I learned was to change up foods when your body stops losing... Eat chicken one day, pork the next, fish the next, then beef... But only eat beef once a week... It has worked for many on traditional weight loss diets, so maybe it will work for you.. Anything worth a try...
Are you eating too little, or too much? These are all things the nut can help.... I wish I had more advice as I can tell this is really bothering you, and honestly it would me too....
Hang in there... We are all here supporting you....
