I made the chocolate cake that you use kidney beans in and it was wonderful! Thank you becca for posting this! I am looking for an idea for a frosting or icing that is sugar free to be able to layer this cake. Anyone have any ideas?

You can make a cream cheese or Neufchatel frosting flavored with Torani sugar free syrups or Splenda and vanilla or Splenda, cocoa powder and a tiny bit of extra strength espresso for a chocolate mocha frosting. Sorry, I don't have measurements, just wing it with a hand mixer, but they are really good.
