Just wanted to share.... I love this protein powder, I ordered Fuzzy Navel flavour when about 4 weeks out and because that was so nice I ordered Caribbean Cooler which came this morning and I have just made myself a drink with it with skimmed milk and it was bloody lovely, very coconutty so will be making ice-cream with it too.
Each scoop is 23g of protein and it is lush! :-)

I use it too and love it. I mix it with water when the milk just gets to be too much.

It's the only kind of protein powder I buy. They will also send you samples of the different ones so you can try them. The only one I didn't like was the Cappuccino Latte.

I love it also. I am now using the fuzzy navel. I drink it with skim milk for the added protein but when I want it to taste like sherbert I mix it with vanilla soy milk.

They do have them on line but where I live we have a vitamin world and thats where I get mine for almost 40 bucks a container

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
