this morning was 219 lbs. Might not sound like a big deal, but being under 220 is HUGE for me, since that is not a weight I have broken in YEARS. Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem all got me to around 225 and then I would stall. So, I really must day that this mentally is a really big deal for me.

I lost 5.4 lbs last week - which I feel is a lot but I was more active last week and it seems that I ate lots more protein, a winning combination.

Of course, my first thought was "I hope I dont gain any weight this week." I havent gotten out of my pre-surgery yoyo diet mentality it seems. I am gonna have to keep on the activity and the protein!

Anyway, thought I would share my happy moment, cant wait to be under 200! :)

Ohhh man am I with you! I hit 216 this week and haven't been there in years. *sigh* lets see, my baby boy is 30 so my guess is it's been 30 years when I was pregnant with him. Can't wait until I'm below 200 either.

I am 1 week and 3 days out and everytime I get on the scale I am thinking I am going to gain!!!! I hated the feeling of working out hard, eating good and then gaining. I have done this and I am sure everyone has in their life. It is scary, very scary.

It's a very big deal, milestones are awesome. I weighed in this morning at 209 and I am right there with you, can't wait to get under 200. I started my journey at 329, I don't even remember being under 200, probably when I was around 15 yrs. old. Keep up the great work, you are awesome.

wow! good for you. I weighed in this morning @ 206 . you opened my eyes. i never looked at it as being under 220 i was just looking to get under 200....i have to look at what i have done. thank you we are about the same however my weight loss is slowing done but i am still moving forward. thanks you for opening my eyes
