It seems NSV's come faster than I can track at this point, but my most noteable:
On my Wednesday am bike ride home, I set a goal to make it up more hill without stopping, and cut the stops down on the final killer hill. I have 6 big hills in my twelve miles. Well Wed I made it to the top of every hill and completed the entire twelve mile ride without stopping! It was great to make the crest of that last hill. And when I stopped sucking air, I took time to enjoy the feeling. Lol
Second. I was wearing sz 16 jeans (down from 26 in May) and they just felt great! I felt lifted in a strange sort of way.
And third. At dog class tonight someone referred to me as half a person. Lol.

That's terrific to hear and makes me more motivated! I long for the day I can take a bike and ride with my 9 year old, it'll be so rewarding in so many ways! Keep up the great work! :)

Amazing and much to be proud of. At 13 days pre-op I can't imagine a twelve foot bike ride on flat ground....let alone 12 miles of hills! way to go!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
