Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

I have switched up my routine to only go to the pool for water exercise three times a week and walk the other three or four days. I now have more time in the morning so the walk is convenient and a great start and my daughter complained about me being gone to the pool so often. Plus it's nice to come home from work and have the rest of the evening for whatever I want to/need to do. Yet I'm missing the pool some. And my heel is killing me so walking is a little bit stressful. Might need to switch things up again.
PLEASE keep posting them as you think of it! Or someone... I think its good for us to report back! I know its good for me anyways!
Monday I did about a half hr of walking is all... I was busy running around all over town on the bus the rest of the day and volunteering at SASS :)
Today I will get in a bit more walking, but that is probably it... I'm headed out the door again for errands. :)
