I do wonder about the amounts of sweetener these days, being consumed. I use more now in my yogurt, in teas, these drinks, than I ever have. I know my nutritionist says the amounts we'd need to eat daily would fill a vat, but you wonder some times, especially as I try to eat less processed food the longer I'm doing this.
Still, Mi0 gets my vote!

Aside of that, it's VERY GOOD! I guess I was expecting it to taste like Fruit 2 O in that you get the flavor but not the sweetness, but you get a little of both! It tastes very smooth.. hard to describe.. but anyone who uses the powders notices kind of a consistency difference (or not - maybe it's just me hehe)
When I'm through with this bottle of water I'm going to give the peach tea a try.

PS I like the pom also.
Janet:)
I personally have to be careful not to add too much to the water and suggest others to be careful too.
It has a warning on the outside of the bottle of not injesting it straight and I think this would also cover too much too.

I usually do 2 short squirts...I think 3 would be definate overload.
I may pick up some of the other flavors and give them a try. Although, compared to what I pay for a box of 24 packets, I don't think I get the same value out of the MiO.. gotta decide if I'm going back to packets when these are finished or stick with them.. maybe I'll just alternate.
