I am doing grate down 350 lb. i now way 349 lb's. I work out every day, life is grate now. I did not have a life be for now eating your life away is no way to live.

So glad you are doing fabulous!! You are such and inspiration. I am doing wonderful... I have officially lost 100lbs!! down to 249 since surgery 12/15/10 and I also can't imagine my life without this surgery.... LIfe is sooooo good being healthy. Keep up the good work and keep posting :)

My wife and I are both doing great, a few bumps in the road with sugar lows, etc. but we will get past it. You are also doing a great job. Keep up the good work Mike.
