Medical alert bracelet

What do you put on your medical alert bracelet? I know it was suggested to put "no NG tube" but what else? I found some cute ones and I want to order one.

I understand the need for no blind NG tube, I would understand no oral NSAID's or Oral sugar. But if you are awake you could voice those. I don't understand if you needed a iv that has sugar in it or a NSAID in a injectionn for some reason why you can't have it? Loosing weight is great but restricting sugar needed for medical reasons that does not process through your digestion tract is insane.

I got a stainless steel bracelet, with a black alert symbol, then I bought black and stainless mens fashion bracelets and stack them. I wear about 4 at a time on my left wrist since I use a cell phone as a watch. I get tons of compliments on them, and I don't have to take them off when I swim or shower. I got mine from medical alert ID, just over 20 dollars and very durable.

The no NSAIDs is because we lose the ability to process aspirins (NSAIDS). It can actually lead to kidney failure and other problems.
