Hi there,

Ok, this is my question. Sometimes it's hard to figure out , when I can only have 1- 2 ounces, and figure out how many grams of protein are in that serving

Is there just the mathematical way?? does this make sense?? LOL!!

I guess I just wanted to know if there was a "cheat sheet". I have the Protein Source sheet, sho0woing, that for example 1 ounce of cheese, low fat is 8 grams of protein, but how do you measure for example, ONE REDUCED FAT STRING CHEESE???

DO you just cut it up into a 1 ounce measuring cup????

There are 7.1 grams of protein in a 1oz string cheese...just google it and you can find out...or check the packaging. Google will tell you anything you need to know in a snap.

Try a program (free) like Myfitnesspal. I input the food (usually by scanning with my cell, it is easy) and then adjust the portion. It will calculate the protein automatically.

Do you have a scale? Years ago I bought a digital food scale (like 20 bucks) and it has the conversion from oz to grams. (There are 28 grams in an oz....)

My scale is something I use ALL THE TIME ;)
