I fill a big 3 quart bottle of water every night so it is nice and cold and ready to drink all day long. I have a travel cup I keep filled from my bottle. I even find myself drinking more some days and sometimes I don't get it all down. I don't worry about missing a day here and there of not getting it all down. Of course it takes a while to even get 64 oz down post op for a while, but again, don't worry about it. Just get as much as you can down, one oz at a time. Same thing with the protein drinks. Build up to the 60-90 grams post op.
My multi is liquid so that is a quick intake in the morning. My B complex is just 2 capsules once a day and I take them with my other sublinguals in the morning with my others. Easy peasy. Bariatric Advantage has yummy calcium and iron chews. I keep the calcium chews in my purse to enjoy throughout the day. No set schedule. I chew my iron before bed. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is to get regular Bariatric blood tests from your regular doctor. Lists can be found online and your doctor will be happy to order the needed tests. If something shows up low, then adjustments to supplements can be made. I get copies of my tests so I can see what I need to tweak, because doctors are not nutritionists. I used to get blood done every 3 months but now I get it done every 6 months. None of this is hard. This is just part of taking care of ourselves. Best of luck to you... you will be so happy you made this life change.. I know I am... I'd NEVER GO BACK and I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
