Hi All!

Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! This is really getting intense! My one year check up is Monday the 17 th. I'm just dying to be at goal. ONLY 3.5 pounds to go. Anyone up for a friendly wager?? :)

I get the wanting to be at goal thing for sure but don't forget it's not all about the number on the scale..... How do you feel. Hows your bloodwork. Are there other positives as a result of the weightloss.

Good luck I hope you make it but PLEASE don't get discouraged if you don't. You will get there!!

Spotz sweetie, you're already a winner in my book and alot of others as well. If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't don't be discouraged! You have come so far and are so positive.

Remember its not just the number on the scale but the way you FEEL! HUGSSSS

you are rockin it woman!!!!!! You keep doing what your doing and Im sure I will see you posting GOAL REACHED at one year. I like the hair and wax thought thought lol. You really are amazing. Like others said it is not just the number on the scale which you already know so Ill just sit here and cheer as you hit a year.

Wow, that is so great!! You are so close and I know you can do it. Maybe the doctor's scale will weight you lighter than your home scale. My doctor's scale weights me heavier than my home scale. Anyway, best of luck and you will make your goals!!!!
