It's been a while since I've been on and I need to get on more often I haven't been taking my vitamins like I should and haven't been getting my protein like I should either. It's all my fault I know. Well today i went to give blood and my blood pressure was 94 over 56 all she told me was I have low blood pressure ummm I've never had low blood pressure or high blood pressure so what do I do? Today I got my protein in and I made sure I took my vitamins they have just been making me so queazy and my protein as well I don't know what funk my body is in my it needs to snap out of it. Other than this I've been doing good and working out. Any advice will be appreciated...

Mora - call your Doc. Mine tanked for a few months after surgery but its back up to normal now. You can't let this slide

I am calling this morning. Hopefully I can get in today or tomorrow morning. I mean I feel fine just worried now lol

Call your dr. also try broth, it increases sodium which you could be depleted of, that may cause the low blood pressure. Also I was told I could never give blood after having gastric surgery again, by my dr.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
