I get that! Losing weight will NOT take away all the problems and issues in my life.

> I will still squabble with my hubby on occasion
> I will still have tons of homework to do
> I will still stress over said homework
> I will still have a teenage son
> I will still have too many bills to pay! LOL!
> I will still have to have my car worked on
> I will still ponder the welfare of adult sons and grandkids
> I will still think I don't go visit my mother enough
> I will still have to consider what I am eating and how much
> I will still wonder if I am getting enough exercise
....and the list goes on and on and on....

However, I will be able to do all these things without being in so much friggin pain from carrying around an extra 100 or so pounds!!

Becca, its refreshing to see someone who has done their homework :D. You are right there will be ups and downs, but the best part is that your body will be healthier and hopefully happier...Best Wishes

Becca, you are very wise my friend. Yes, you will still have all those issues, but you will be working on you. Your positive attitude and humor will definately help and you will have more energy to deal with all these issues - believe me I know.

Becca I agree tottally that losing wieght doesn't fix everything. But it beat heck outa having all the probelms anyway and the wieght too! LOL!
Maybe will will feel more like dealing with life's issues when we physically feel better.
Good job on doing you home work on this!
