But I would say at your stage you should have a bit more in calories, maybe closer to 1000. The goal is that when you reach goal you actually just supplement with the supplement :-) you want to be able to eat a variety of food.
I would say given that you just left exercise that you may have had low blood sugar. I have been having this lately and actually carry hard candy for it.
Try to find foods you can eat. And remember 6 small meals a day. Plusbbefore activity eat a complex snack like banana and peanut butter.
I wish I could eat food and not live off shakes, but I can only eat a few bites of select foods, and struggle with most stuff. I keep trying, and it keeps rebelling........

Fyi just had blood done and everything was good. Iron a point low, so not enough to be anemic. Bp is pretty consistant at 114/78 so that should not be the prob. Blood sugar is always a possibilty but never check. Blood was drawn fasting and no questions raised.....
