Lifetime Wow moment!

All my life I have wanted no....wait...lusted...to wear a pair of high zip up leather boots with a skirt or jeans.
Sadly my enormous calfs stood between me and my dream.
I write now triumphant from my kitchen table as I sit here in summer shorts and high leather boots which fit like a glove full of butter.
My husband will come home and think I have lost my mind (we are in a heat wave)
While these boots are still wide calf that was still a joke before as my legs measured in at 22+ inches around.
I feel like crying
(but first I have to order a second pair!!!!)
And the price was obscenely low!

That is totally awesome!!!! I bought a pair of high boots from the plus size catalog and my calves STILL DIDN"T FIT! I am looking forward to the day that I can buy a pair and have them fit. Have fun strutting your stuff!! Way to go Hope!!

woo hooo..great for you. I too look forward to buying boots and a size 12 pants ok ok i will settle for a 16. I understand the feeling...for the first time in years I can recently list my foot to the opposite knee... what a triumph and that is only 22 lbs down. Where did you buy them??? I think a lot of us would like to know :D

I feel like a real heel (no pun intended) because if I told you where I got them for so cheap they might not be so cheap anymore.

I put them in with my photos.
They are not the sexy stripper boot after all I am a grandmother!!!!
But they are so pretty (and appropriate) with skirts and jeans.
They really make the outfit.
