I just tried the boots with an Alfred Sung dress I scored for 5 bucks new.
The dress is a one piece but has the look of an elegant (off) white long sleeve blouse and suble high waisted gray skirt.
The dress has a sleek line and looks awesome with the boots.
Total price for new leather boots, Alfred Sung jumper dress including jewelery = 20 bucks

That's amazing. I keep saying I am going to keep a list of all the things weight loss is allowing me to do. Only 37 pounds down, but I feel great like I got a new lease on life. Anybody, everyone in my family and friends keeps calling me skinny (I'm 273 pounds) LOL. It really helps to have a support system. I love it when someone says, "wow, you've really lost some weight." I grin from ear to ear. I bet you can't wait til your husband sees you. Oh, and speaking of hot, my God, I'm in Mississippi and the heat index is 116. Does anybody feel like they are sweating their weight off? I can't stand to sweat! Guess I'll have to get over it!

Congrats!!!! I often tell my husband and friends that I will be so glad when I can fit into a pair of high top boots because my calfs have kept me out of them as well. I am still scared to try but I will soon and when i can look out boots here I come. lol

I am just beginning, but I can't wait to be where you are. I haven't been able to wear boots for sooooo many years, but you are an inspiration. Thanks for your posts.

i have never owned a pair of boots...never tried any on either..not sure why...not even go go boots..if you remember those!!! and no cowboy boots either..and i live in texas...but have thought id love to get a pair this winter....that will be a reward! loved hearing this from you..congrats!
