I know the reasons why I shouldn't be drinking coffee. Can someone please kick me in the butt and remind me anyway. I am really not liking my results right now and I am catching myself drinking, hot and cold coffee drinks all day long. Calories and caffiene. HEaven forbid the coffee should be thrown away so convert it into a cold coffee drink for the afternoon. Give me all the reasons I need to dump this out.

I can't do the why, cuz I drink coffee all day.

A suggestion might be tho, to not allow your self the extra stuff in them. If you want coffee, then just allow yourself to drink it "black" this may give you incentive to give it up!?!

Unfortunately, for me this doesn't work as I ONLY drink mine black...

I started drinking an iced coffee with no sugar and a bit of lactose-free fat free milk. At home or starbucks, it sure helps me get over a craving for a snack. I can't give up caffeine, I swear I'll start baying at the moon if I try!!!!

I drink A LOT of coffee! Latte's to be exact. If you get a sugar free skinny latte all it is is milk and coffee with the sugar free flavor. I count on them as a form of protein. 1 skinny grande latte from starbucks has 10 grams protein...

I love my coffee and don't even try to take it away from me. Not even my coffemate creamer. I drink 6-12 oz of coffee a day and can't think of any reasons to tell you to quit. I had to cut back to decaf for a month or so after surgery because I was told the caffiene can be irritating to the pouch. But to be honest, I was mixing my protein powder in my coffee for a little while, and it wasn't too bad. Just watch it on the liquid calories!

I drink the decaf 98% of the time, only a skinny latte once in a blue moon. I just don't want the added calories and the caffeine is also a diuretic so when you drink it you have to drink alot more fluids to counteract that part.
