i am down 39.9 pounds since august 6th and 61 total since the end of February when i saw the surgeon first time.
Picklelilly i am so sorry to hear about your friends loss but understand what she is saying. My best friend just had her surgery yesterday but she too was leery about doing it as her father had passed after his surgery for GBS.
You are doing the right thing, It will change you forever and that's a great thing.
All my preop stuff is done I'm just waiting on insurance approval and a date!

After my surgery, my energy level was down just a bit and all I wanted to do was crash when I got home but now 4 months post op, I have so much energy. I am my old self again.
Didn't I see a post that you had lost 50 lbs! Girrrrrrrrl! What you say! Go on witcha bad self. So proud of you!
I am still doing very well. Hoping to visit Onederland next week. I have .8 lbs to go. Wish me luck. I kicked up the exercising this week.
Anyway, it's always good to hear from you, you are very positive and cheerful person.
