Before my surgery, I didn't have much pain. I'd have sore feet here and there from standing all day. I've noticed an increase in knee pain since having the surgery though. Today, I hit my 60 pound mark, which is great, but I thought losing weight would HELP with the pain, not cause it.
I started working out after the surgery and have consulted my trainer about the increase in pain. She assured me that I'm doing my exercises correctly and isn't sure where it's coming from. I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed an increase in bone or muscular pain? I don't know what to do except take tylenol every day. And I'd hate for that to become a daily routine. Anyone have any advice or a similar problem?

I don't know if this will help, but the same thing happened to my friend who had gbs and she was diagnosed with arthritis in her knees. She didn't show any symptoms until she started losing her weight.

Thanks. I'll mention it to my doctor when I go back for my follow up on June 1st. It's getting a little bit better. I hope he can help.

I'm going through the same thing. I don't have an appointment until the 11th of June. Personally I think it is arthritis as well. I'd go and have it checked, because there is meds that will help with the pain. It is really painful when exercising...so, I can't wait to have it checked.

when i was fat my feet were farther apart and as i lost weight they started coming together----- it cause huge pains- muscles learn with feet apart (heavy) and then have to learn to re-gait with lesser used muscles- it makes you hurt like crap- I've had it off and on 2 or more months.

I did finally see my surgeon and he gave me a B12 injection. Apparently, what I was taking wasn't cutting it. He said that it should help with the joint pain and the lack of energy and he was right. I've felt SO much better since I got that shot. He recommended I get the injections once a month instead of my normal sublingual supplement. I'm going to try that for awhile and see how it goes.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
