It's been a loonnnngggg time since I've been on. I had surgery dec 2012 I have maintained and am doing really well . Thinking of everyone here and hope all is well. I am loving life right now and just wanted to say hi! :)

Lol sorry it's been so busy with moving buying a house school and just every day life! I couldn't have made it to where I am today without the support of this group! I have certainly had my moments of failures and success. I started a gym I'm now doing cross fit and I love it! With the weight loss I plan on getting a boob job next year because mine have become non existent except for skin lol I wouldn't change anything though! I go on field trips with my kids and can participate in their activities now due to my size. For those that don't know me I started this journey at 229 I'm 5 ft 1 and was wearing a size 18 pushing a 20. I am now a 6-8 and I fluctuate between 138-140 my pre baby weight in high school was 135 so I'm there and I'm happy with it. On a different note I have started fostering for animals in need through a local rescue organization and am very happy doing that. I truly feel blessed and happy so for those newbies just starting off and getting discouraged or having second thoughts DONT! I promise it's worth it. I will make a effort to check in more often and be supportive to those that need it as there were so many there for me. I am sorry :/ I hope everyone has a woderful day!

Hi Mora! what a dramatic weight loss! we share the same surgeon if you recall and I am SO proud of you for hanging in there and just doing such an amazing job! congratulations! I had fallen off the wagon for a while but I realize that I have to keep coming back here to get the great support and encouragements that this great group has to offer. Keep up the good job!

Morning flower yes I remember lol I think we all fall off the wagon at some point lord knows I have on multiple occasions it's easy to do. It's realizing it before it gets extreme and geting a grip again. I am lucky enough to realize it before it gets crazy and start the eating right all over again. I just want others to know that we are human we make mistakes and it's ok. (As long as we realize it and correct the problems) I'm here if anybody needs anything! :)
