I juiced up some carrots,oranges,kiwi,kale,cherries,pineapple,apples and grapes. I then poured done in the blender with ice and three scoops of protein powder. It's amazing!! And the energy you get from it is incredible!! Just be cautious if you have dumping problems because if the sugar in the fruit. I never have dumping issues so I'm ok with it. I'm loving the energy. I'm 18 months out from surgery and at my goal weight. I suffer with terriable exhaustion and all my blood work is great. So for me to get energy is a god send!

That sounds awesome! I tried juicing about a year ago, but just couldn't get past the color or the smell of most of what I juiced. I sold my jucier because I couldn't make myself use it. Maybe it was what I was putting together, but I was following some recipes that came with the juicer.

I'm headed to surgery in 3 days, and I'm hoping I don't have dumping syndrome with the sugar from fresh fruits, as they are my god send.

Good for you.. I am glad you found something to give you energy... I am not sure I could drink that mixture but if it works for you that is awesome.. Keep it up.. And congrats on reaching your goal weight.. That is awesome...
