Have any of you tried the Isopure Liquid? I keep reading from other people that this a good way to get your protein and liquids in at the same time.

Yes, and they melt the fat off very quickly! Grape Ice, Fruit Punch, Orange and Alpine punch. Serve really cold, and over chipped ice.

I lost 100 in 6 months, now 119. at 9 months. I am going to start drinking them again that I can reach goal sooner. I have had stalls these last three months without them. so Isopure here I come again.

Regarding taste. I now eat to be healthy. For 20 years I ate what tasted good and it got me fat. Everyone is different how long they want to work on getting to goal weight. As for me, the sooner the better because I want to have skin removal surgery.

Isopure is 110% Whey protein isolate, and it is what my program reccomends. It works. Best wishes on your journey.

Anyone remember the "Last Chance Diet" in the late seventies/early eighties? It was a dr supervised liquid protein diet, NO food, just this syrupy sickly sweet drink made from (stop reading if you are easily nauseated)...

We are all so different! Isopure remains the only thing that I can stand...but actually only the fruit punch kind. One year out and I still can't stand the thick texture of the the "milk shake" style things, and I can't handle the chocolate or vanilla taste of the thick shakes. I threw up using Nectar right after surgery, and still have an aversion to that. So, I drink the Isopure fruit punch, with a splash of unsweetened apple juice and a packet of artificial sweetner...over ice. It is the only thing that I can do. So, I guess that tastes are VERY individual!

Isopure Zero Carb was what my plan called for the final two days pre op and the first week post op. I bought a mixed flavored case at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC online. I was instructed to dilute 50/50 with water. I got through the pre op ones and gritted my teeth to get through the first post op week. Sickening sweet. Ended up throwing away 3/4 of the case after a month or two of collecting dust. My taste has deffinately changed and if I can offer any advice it would be not to buy alot of anything until you see how well you like it post op. d
