Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Be patient and things will get moving again. Try to switch things up. Sometime adding more protein helps or try adding a complex carb to your diet.

So, think about what you've been eating, and eat something totally different each day for a week. Try not to double up any meals with the same thing. See if this won't work.
If you are walking only for your exercise, try something different like swimming laps, or riding a bike. This will change things for you and you should see results on the scale very soon.
Good luck, sounds like you are doing great!
I also having been slacking in the protein but had a better day today. Hang in there! We'll do it together!!
