I found out last week that my insurance denied my surgery due to the fact they claimed that surgeon's office didn't submit all required paperwork. Office resubmitted everything and I called this morning and spoke with the insurance company and they confirmed with me that they do now have everything that they need to review my case for approval and I should have an answer in about two days. I am hoping for an approval, can't see any reason why they would not approve me, jumped through every hope they held out for me and now that I am officially diagnosed with sleep apnea that gives me a comorbidity that will help my case (I don't have high blood pressure or diabetes, just arthritis in my knees due to my weight).
