This is something I have not seen discussed much on here, but felt it worth bringing up. Pre op I struggled with this annoyance and thought I was cursed for life. Well I am happy to report at 95 lbs down, I am no longer fighting this and it is wonderful! There is so many issues I just accepted as part of my life as a morbidly obese human that are now fading into dust. Things you never really even connected with weight. I have days I miss food. I am one of the people that struggle to tolerate much of anything and my most common staple is protien drinks and quest bars, with nibbles here and there of real food. But let me tell I would not go back for anything! I could live just where I am today with food, if I never have to experience all of the humiliation that came with obesity.

It is wonderful that you are feeling so good about things... I am sorry you struggle with food.... I am fortunate and can eat just about anything I want... But that comes with its own set of issues, because I have to be strong and say NO to things I really want....

Boy, that's nice to know about the incontinence thing. I've had the stress incontinence for the last couple years and there may be hope for me yet! lol... Thanks for giving me hope on this one. I'm sorry you struggle with food but happy for you that you seem to be in a good place...

I hear ya with the incontinence. I haven't lost as much as you but I think mine is more related to the decrease in fluids I take in. One of the fringe benefits of surgery for sure. I was wearing a pad daily in case of stress incontinence or any incontinence for that matter. It only dawned on me a couple weeks ago that I didn't need to wear them anymore.

I know where every bathroom is in every store!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it.

mine only started to be a problem the last few months, it is so sudden and not nessisarily a lot.

I do do keggle(sp)exersizes to help it and pee and hold and pee during bathroom visits getting a little better.
I really hope I will get better after surgery.
Walking can help too.
