Go to Sticky Fingers (seriously) .COM. Get your name on one side with emergency contact. On the Front side..make it out like this...Gastric Bypass (or sleeve) NO NSAIDS, NO SUGAR, NO BLIND NG (short for NG tube which goes up thru your nose down your throat ) If they use one if your sick in the hospital they need to have it done special because of your pouch. They have many bracelets even pretty ones.
