This morning when I weighed I was down to 207, which puts me at a 29.8 BMI and officially kicks me out of the OBESE category and into the OVERWEIGHT category!!! WOW!

I'm doing my happy dance on my way to the gym! lol

Krista I am SO happy for you, and jealous too! That is my next goal. I'm 5'3" and for me I have to the low 160 for my BMI to be where I'll be just OVERWEIGHT....I can not weight to be there!

I can feel you excitement and am thrilled to hear you've reached this goal. Farewell to obesity! Hope to join you there soon...about 10 more lbs to go for me.

The scale at my gym has a BMI calculator and I check it everytime I weigh myself. I'm looking forward to getting under 35 in the next few weeks, It would be nice to know that I am under the range where people qualify for surgery. Finally!
