remember with calories if you are using more then you are burning your body is going to say screw you and hold your fat like it did back when we did crazy crash diets.
also with certain meds you have to eat properly to keep them effective.........proper is the amount as well as the kinds of foods.
Add a couple of 100 calories and see if things move a little.
I was in the same boat - exercising my butt of and not losing. So in frustration I said the hell with it and are more. Pounds started falling off again.

I was really P----d when I started working out a the gym. I worked like a dog and lost nothing! Then someone told me when you exercise and harden and build muscle it wieghs twice what the same square inch of fat does! I'm Believin'. I'm not geneticly inclined to be big and bulky muscle wise but it did work. Now a month later the pounds are leaving again. Don't give up on the the exercise!
